Step One- send bananas@synek.beer an email including all of the following information:

  • Original order number

  • Reason for return

  • Shipping address

Step Two- pack up your SYNEK in its original packaging

  • Please include all accessories- all missing items will be deducted from your refund

  • Empty out your CO2 tank- To do so detach the Regulator from the CO2 Line then attach only the Regulator to the CO2 Tank. Once the Regulator is only attached to the CO2 Tank, open the Regulator and allow all the CO2 to empty out.

Step Three- Print out the prepaid UPS Shipping label provided via email

Step Four- Bring your SYNEK and shipping label to your local UPS

Step Five- Please allow 30 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
